Cancellation policy for our online shop
You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons, provided that it is not a question of food. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract and the items in question are non-grocery items, we will owe you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from you choosing another method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. We may refuse repayment until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send off the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of foodstuffs that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would soon be exceeded. We ask for your understanding that we cannot accept returns of food for hygienic reasons.

Seit unserer Zertifizierung als Demeter-Betrieb im Jahr 2012 haben wir kontinuierlich an der Weiterentwicklung unseres Bauernladens gearbeitet und stolz die Vielfalt unserer eigenen Produkte präsentiert. Unsere Leidenschaft für nachhaltige Landwirtschaft und unser Engagement für höchste Qualitätsstandards haben uns angetrieben, den Anbau unseres eigenen Getreides voranzutreiben und dabei eine beeindruckende Erfolgsgeschichte zu schreiben.
