Shipping conditions for our online shop
1. Shipping partner
We ship our products with a reliable shipping partner. The delivery takes place within Germany.
2. Shipping Costs
The shipping costs are automatically calculated when ordering and displayed in the order overview. The exact shipping costs depend on the weight, the size and the destination of the shipment.
3. Delivery time
The delivery time is usually 2-5 working days within Germany. However, the exact delivery times may vary depending on the product and availability and will be specified when the order is placed.
4. Tracking
You will receive a tracking number for each order, which you can use to track the status of your shipment online. You will receive this number together with the shipping confirmation via email.
5. Delivery and Acceptance
We deliver to the delivery address you provide. Please make sure the shipping address is correct and complete. If the delivery cannot be delivered, it will either be delivered to a collection point near you or returned to us. In this case you will be notified by email.
6. We ask for your understanding that we cannot accept returns of food for hygienic reasons. This includes all food, beverages and other perishable items.
For all other products, however, we are happy to offer you a return within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Before returning, please contact us for more information on return and refund.
In order to enable a quick and uncomplicated return, we ask you to return the goods in unused and undamaged condition and, if possible, in the original packaging.
Please note that return postage costs are your responsibility provided the goods are in perfect condition and the return is not due to a faulty or damaged product.

7. Damaged or Defective Products
If a product is damaged or faulty upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of goods. We will solve the problem as soon as possible and either send you a new product or refund the purchase price.
8. Delays in Delivery
We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control such as strikes, natural disasters or traffic delays.
9. Changes to Shipping Policy
We reserve the right to change the shipping terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will be effective from the time of posting.

Unsere Geschichte
Seit unserer Zertifizierung als Demeter-Betrieb im Jahr 2012 haben wir kontinuierlich an der Weiterentwicklung unseres Bauernladens gearbeitet und stolz die Vielfalt unserer eigenen Produkte präsentiert. Unsere Leidenschaft für nachhaltige Landwirtschaft und unser Engagement für höchste Qualitätsstandards haben uns angetrieben, den Anbau unseres eigenen Getreides voranzutreiben und dabei eine beeindruckende Erfolgsgeschichte zu schreiben.
